We offer dumpster containers only for construction or renovation projects and extremely competitive pricing on dumpster rentals in all our service locations. Whether you need one dumpster or a series of roll-off containers delivered and managed for a carefully phased construction project, we will deliver, sticking to your budget and keeping your site clean while always following environmentally sound practices.

Our dumpster containers range from 20, 30, and 40 cubic yards.

20 cubic yards 

20ft L x 8ft W x 3.4ft Inside Height

$475.00 includes 2.0 tonnes and disposal charges.

Additional weight is charged at $125/tonne and is prorated on usage.

 

30 cubic yards 

20ft L x 8ft W x 5.2ft Inside Height 

$490.00 includes 3.0 tonnes and disposal charges.

Additional weight is charged at $155/tonne and is prorated on usage.

 

40 cubic yards 

20ft L x 8ft W x 6.8ft Inside Height

$520.00 includes 4.0 tonnes and disposal charges.

Additional weight is charged at $199/tonne and is prorated on usage.

Restrictions

– No Hazardous Waste (explosive, flammable, toxic or corrosive – propane tanks, gasoline, motor oils, paints, car batteries, thinner, antifreeze, fuel, cleaners etc.)

– No Biohazardous Waste and No Biomedical Waste (needles, syringes, lancets.)

– No Car and Truck Tires.

– No food wastes.

– No mattresses and boxsprings.

– No Fridges or Freezers! Freon must be removed and tagged by a professional.

– Additional charges will be applied per item.

** Hazardous Waste Penalties – $50.00 to $150.00 will be charged per hazardous waste or restricted item found in the bin. **

Please notify us for any restricted/hazardous materials for separate pick-up (additional cos)

Bins are NOT to be filled past wall height. If it is filled too high, it will not be picked up and an extra fee may be charged for a second attempt.

Bins are NOT to be over loaded. If it is too heavy or overloaded than the required limit, there will be an additional charge.
